You should expect a response from a PHIL representative within two business days. The integrity of our community ASKs are the foundation of PHIL, so every new non-profit account is verified before activation.

PHIL uses Stripe to process credit card transactions. Every non-profit account will be asked to connect to their own Stripe account for processing online donations and depositing directly to your organization’s bank account. If you don’t already have a Stripe account set up for your organization, consider visiting https://stripe.com/ to setup your account now.

*4% of each transaction is retained by PHIL to cover costs. In addition, credit card processing fees are 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

Upon receiving access you can begin to speak to the community in a new, and exciting way. PHIL can make your life easier so you can focus on the real work of improving our communities.
